ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE IN PERSON.

The following cannot be booked online:

• NO Phone
• NO Physicals or Paps
• NO Forms

*Appointments booked online for these will be cancelled.

Please call the clinic directly to schedule these.

Missed or late cancellations will be charged a $35 fee.
